All was good until they 'upgraded' replacement filters. The new replacement parts (the same size I bought from Revain as I did all my previous replacement parts) don't fit properly. The back panel has to be force closed and it's obvious that it will eventually break due to the pressure now having to be applied to the plastic tab at the top when removing the panel. The old filter still fits perfectly, I've tried putting the new one back in twice and it doesn't fit properly. Others have mentioned the same issue in filter reviews. The filter reset button no longer works after inserting a new filter, so the device now beeps every time it is switched on. Additionally, at other times, the device will start beeping randomly while running for a while and a "Filter Reset" notification will appear. Of course, pressing the filter reset button doesn't stop anything. So this cleaner is great when you need a second alarm clock that randomly wakes you up in the middle of the night. To my knowledge, this was a deliberate move by an unethical company to force customers to purchase some devices. Years to buy a new air purifier. Eventually I will buy a new cleaner, but from one of Germ Guardian's competitors. They can say goodbye to the money I gave them for overpriced filter changes.
