This is a great idea. We have hardwood floors and we love them, but they are worn out and stained. My son likes to go barefoot, he does that a lot after throwing a ball in the basket, running, playing volleyball or whatever, and he's sweating, sweating a lot, his feet are sweating too. His socks are constantly wet, so walking around with wet feet or socks leaves traces of sweat everywhere, it drives my wife crazy. She starts squeaking and pulls out a Swiffer to wipe the stain away and spends another hour checking for other stains, usually resulting in me being yelled at for another infraction that would have gone unnoticed if only she hadn't been in a cleaning frenzy. So I bought them and made arrangements with my son to wear them at night after the shower and roll them around the house and clean his own stains. So far I haven't been a victim of misplaced anger since then, so I'm happy. The only problem is that my son is now a size 10, he can hardly put these socks on without shoes. You gotta grow up, I don't want to yell at myself for no reason again.
