Me was fairly easy to install, the hardest part was holding it while screwing it into the wall. My husband was shocked. He was gone for 2 hours, I mounted the bracket, turned on the TV and watched while cleaning. I like that it can be moved from side to side, pushed back, or pushed away from the wall. I seem sturdy, our TV is in a smaller range but it copes well with a larger TV.
