Review on DentAdmin by Jose Schweigert

The system is very intuitive and it's easy to use also for an office assistant without much IT-education (thanks to a simple drag & drop feature). It needs some minor adjustments as in every software but nothing really major or out of control so far I can see! Some features are missing compared to our previous systems, e.g. more flexibility about invoice layouts and sending emails directly from invoices etc., would be great additions if there might already be alternatives to this. Easy implementation of billing procedures without any problems at all. Everything fits perfectly well together. For example when we receive new patients data entry will automatically lead us along with payment instructions until we have the right final version for each patient. Also, patient appointments were easier than expected because you don't need to worry too much about keeping track what happens where during your next appointment. And of course the bills are generated within seconds after being paid via Paypal. Also, the fact that dentists can easily make use of all advantages available by means of their Ease of use. The program is very intuitive and easy to learn. The customer support is also very helpful and responsive. I have not found anything I dislike about the software. I have been using DentAdmin for a few years now and it has been very good. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a simple and intuitive patient administration software. I have been able to use the software to collect patient information, calculate RZIV-codes, and manage the electronic medical record.
