You have full control over your account settings so you know everything about who sees what when they open your newsletter. Sending out monthly newsletters without having to hire extra help has made our lives easier as marketers (and customer service!). We've been able to increase engagement by sending more frequent updates via text message than we used to be able to through traditional mailings.
