I love how easy it was for me as a user who had no training in Emergency Management or Crisis Communications to learn this software quickly! It's very intuitive and makes sense once you get used to it.

The only thing I dislike about Cobra is that they do not offer additional licenses after one year of use (the trial version). You can't have more than 1 license per organization/department. If your department uses multiple applications like we did with our HRIS suite, Cobra will help you keep all departments together during a disaster situation.
