Contacted WavLink. You didn't know why this happened? I had 100Mbps service and it worked fine. Upgraded to 40 ombps and tested once and only got 250 mbps on a speed test. I had used multiple drivers, original and later RealTek. Went back to the original and got 440Mbps on the speed test. Back at 250Mbps on the next download. tried a few things and found that the device is connected to @ USB 2.0! Maximum. speed for USB 2.0. Now I have no idea how to connect it, some days USB 3.0, other USB 2.0. The website indicates that some RealTek devices have this problem. I've tried to write this review before but couldn't. I was told that I am NOT a buyer and there are too many reviews from non-buyers. Today I see that ALL questions and feedback are GONE! When it works, it works great. Got speeds over 250Mbps this might work for you but not for me on 2 Dell XPS and one with a PCIe USB 3.0 card.
