Three different ravioli and tortellini cutting/sealing punches in different sizes, made of good durable metal with a comfortable grip, ensure you seal your filled pasta "sandwiches" well when making ravioli and do a great job too. Cut out basic shapes for tortellini or agnolotti and seal the latter after filling and folding. The set includes a cookbook with a basic egg pasta recipe and some recipes for toppings and sauces. He even has a recipe for his own ricotta! (Fresh is so good!) If you love Italian food and love to cook, this little set would make a great addition to your kitchen.
