My 2015 GL350 air intake grille had dollar sized holes in both plastic hood grilles. I think Mercedes charges about $120 for a replacement. I ordered these and they fit perfectly. I haven't compared them to OEMs, but you'll have a hard time telling the difference. There were no instructions but it was easy to understand. You will need a plastic tool and (I think) a T15 sprocket. Open the hood and remove the plastic plug under the grille. Unscrew the grille in 2 places with a T15 bit. I then partially closed the hood and removed the grille with a plastic tool. I then placed the air grille in place, sliding the air grille from the side of the grille (if you are facing the front of the car) back towards the center of the hood making sure the screws lined up with the holes (it should snap into place). Location). attach), screw in from below and reattach the plastic piece under the grille. Do the same for the other side. 5-10 minutes maximum on each side.
