Deca was not the one I ordered. The bearings suck and the wheels don't spin as freely as they should when brand new, but a little WD-40 should help. The trucks show manufacturing defects on moldings that are not structurally significant but indicate craftsmanship. The board is for my kids to play with and that will do. I don't think I would trust him for someone over 10 years old. This is in line with what you would expect at Walmart or a similar toy store. It looks like a $20-$30 product, not $65. For the money I would look elsewhere.
