I did a lot of research and testing before deciding ComposiMold as the best material for molding objects with delicate surfaces. (old vintage toy) This material is easy to use again and again. I hate making multi-part plaster molds! It's so time consuming and messy, and if it doesn't work properly, it's a waste of time. And the heat of the plaster is unacceptable for some items.
