Mixed feelings about 3D printing consumables
I don't know the color change model. I find that the length of thread needed to change the color is too long and can give strange results. I've had prints that came out all blue or all silver. Just over 100 grams for each of these prints. I received a print with a normal transition. May work better if your parts are very large and use a lot of filament. Perhaps the manufacturer changed the spacing.
