If you're wondering what polyurethane foam is, I've been wondering, it's rock hard slippery plastic, not soft foam. I got the steering and there was a color error on one of the spokes that was supposed to be a second factory spoke. THIS is bad hard steering but there was a quarter sized stain on the paint.
