Great spec if you want to use shorter cables with it in a small package.

I bought this power supply on purpose because you can also get the shorter modular cable set it is compatible with to fit into a mini-ITX case. It's quiet and works well so far. I don't need bright LEDs and such, just a power supply that performs well and allows me to use shorter cables. It meets all requirements.
