Review on FUJIFILM XF 16Mm F2 8 WR by Matt Chirila

I bought this lens for infrared photography. I have an XT-2. Not all lenses are suitable for this type of work. There is an f1.4 aperture version of this lens. However, it is 1000 dollars. Version f1.4 received an excellent rating from Lifepixel for using IR. I didn't know how well an f2.8 lens would work because the barrel says nothing about IR. I took a risk It paid off. All X mount lenses are of high quality. This one is no exception. 16mm is 24mm full frame. This is a great lens for walking. I highly recommend this lens for landscape, architecture and especially infrared photography.
