Review on GMC Chevy 4.3L V6 Ignition Distributor w/Cap & Rotor: TBI EFI, 1985-1996 Blazer, S10, S15, Jimmy, Sonoma, Truck Pontiac by Daniel Shivashankar

I bought this for the S10 Blazer which made a terrible squeak at the original dealer. I removed it and found that no oil got in and the bushings were dry. I also found that the cap and rotor were a bit worn and this car should be reliable. I could replace these parts as well as the ignition module or just buy a brand new distributor with all the parts I need for a few bucks. I installed this distributor and the car started immediately. I set the time and have no problem. The car is as reliable as a vintage S10 can be, and no squeaks. I was a little upset that the item I received had a black cap instead of a nice red cap as shown in the picture but it's ok. This is a very valuable and reliable part that will work for the foreseeable future.
