I work as a CNA at my local long term care unit and so far I love it! Headbands keep slipping off my head and I've never had a problem with them. I noticed that some of them had buttons wider than others, but it was very easy for me to adjust the way the straps attached so they didn't touch my ears. I feel like they have greatly improved my headaches. Tip: I tied the ponytail about halfway up the back of my head so the back of the headband was a little higher and the front sloped a little more down than a regular headband and it was MUCH better!
