Why am I disappointed? What did I expect from a four slice toaster under $40? The term "stainless steel" must have confused me. Is this stainless steel. The most brittle stainless steel ever! Looks and feels cheap. Look closely at the pictures and imagine a toaster that looks like a tall, skinny toy. Here's a toaster. On the plus side, it looks good, sits and toasts bread pretty well. Stainless steel? I should have used good plastic. Did I mention it's toast bread? Three stars because it's cheap and so am I. Ha. I got what I paid for. It's not bad and works well. Fur.
