The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.
It was taken to replace the old Krups 962 Novo 2100 Plus, in which the strainers of the horn crumbled, I had to and solder. Compared to it, the XP3208 looks more "gentle", the plastic feels thinner. But model 962 is "sharpened" for small cups, the portion of hot water is small, you pour a large mug in several stages. And here a full mug at one time is a huge plus. Definitely a good quality coffee maker.
- Simple and convenient coffee maker. No extra features. The coffee is delicious. If you grind not "to the dust" - you get an excellent foam. A single serving of heated water is 330 ml, which is enough for a decent mug or a couple of cups. If you limit the pumping of water to 20 seconds, you get an excellent ristretto. Comes with 2 strainers for 1 and 2 cups. Which for 1 cup was not even used. The capacity for water is very decent volume, enough for 5-6 mugs.
- A little low. Not every mug fits under the horn. I had to sort through all the mugs in the house to find the right one. The water tank looks flimsy, you have to be careful.
