Update: I have decided to increase my rating on this product for 3 reasons: 1) To reflect UPERFECT's excellent customer service. They really tried their best to fix the problem. 2) The image error shown did not reappear. 3) dude! This ad is great! Since the display was also off center on both the original and the replacement monitor they sent me, I feel like I can't give this product 5 stars in this price range. This is likely a quality control issue with this particular monitor. I recommend checking out other UPERFECT monitors if that bothers you as their customer service is fantastic. Original Rating: Pros: * The display is great. * Using only one USB-C cable for display and power supply is very convenient. Disadvantages: * The quality of the controls seems to be insufficient: the display is a bit cut off at the top (a few rows of pixels) and too far down (empty black area with no image) * The attached image shows that there is a graphic error in one place. However, this was fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor, but this could be a sign of serious problems.
