Review on πŸš— Noico Black 80 Mil 36 Sq Ft Car Sound Deadening Mat: Butyl Automotive Deadener for Restoration & Noise Dampening Insulation by Adam Price

We have now changed the packaging.

I heard they changed the packaging because I bought them twice before and the sheets were flat and now the ones I received today are folded three times and creases leave where they are creases and stains without bayle in those places when it was pushed out where it was folded in other places. I can get this to work but it's a disappointment from flat sheets. Next time I'll probably switch to another brand, I have to remember how it's packaged, always something ;). I would even prefer a rolled one as it doesn't get crushed like a binder and can be left in the sun to straighten. I've tried that but there are still voids in the folds where the butyl is being squeezed out and it's not as good a flat sheet as the old wrapper. I know this would be fine for use on auto sheet metal, but I use it for speaker enclosures and plastic parts for home speakers and it would be nice to have nice flat sheets with material evenly distributed and no void spots. .I know some will say it's my fault that I bought a product to soundproof a car, but I'm posting this in case others want a flat product with no cavities, that's something to keep in mind should.
