I like this material, suitable for bodywork and fairings

Installation of 72 mΒ². Feet on my 2015 SHO I can tell you this stuff is amazing. My Sho is far from being in stock and everything has been rattling since the installation of massive roll limitations on the transmission. This car only has 50,000 miles so I can only imagine the rumble will get worse with age. 72 square feet was enough to make the entire trunk, back seat, and floor panel to the driver's seats. I'm guessing there are still 82 square feet to go before I'm done. After installation…

By far the best value for money and it's amazing for what it's for.

By far the best value for money and it's amazing how it affects comfort in the cabin. It is very easy to work with and can be shaped with regular scissors. I ended up redesigning the entire interior of the optional 2000 Nissan Frontier cab. roof / floor / rear / and both doors. It's a lot of interior decorating work, but the results are worth it. I have included photos of how I covered my interior and it has worked wonders for my stereo. Now I can hear more low frequencies in the sound and the…

We have now changed the packaging.

I heard they changed the packaging because I bought them twice before and the sheets were flat and now the ones I received today are folded three times and creases leave where they are creases and stains without bayle in those places when it was pushed out where it was folded in other places. I can get this to work but it's a disappointment from flat sheets. Next time I'll probably switch to another brand, I have to remember how it's packaged, always something ;). I would even prefer a rolled…

Exactly the same as branded products, only cheaper.

Next to Dynamat Extreme and Damplifier Pro it's the same. Same thickness, same backing, etc. I've used both of the above products and have a spare of each to compare. In fact, I liked this material more than Dynamat or Damplifier because it follows the contours of the record better. Maybe that's what that diamond structure is for, I'm not sure, but I know it fell off without tearing the aluminum base, unlike a dynamat or a damper. As with Dynamat and Second Skin, don't expect this alone to make

I just spent 12 hours installing 72 square feet of this

I have been installing professionally for a little over 10 years. I've found more than enough noise isolation like this from every brand under the sun. In terms of actual thickness, a butyl product can be 80 mils. But it's hard to tell because the film is SUPER THIN. It is well known that gloves should be worn when installing such soundproofing. Thick foil can look like a razor if you get it right. Well, you're going to have to work really hard to cut yourself with that thing. In general…

Identical to "Dynamat " and other high end mufflers but cheaper

I consider myself a music lover. From the surround sound systems in my home theater to the acoustics in my cars, I've always kept my speakers and sound systems up to date. In 2018, after some bad experiences with a Range Rover, I bought a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. While I appreciate my Tundra's reliability and longevity, the audio system was terrible. Last year I upgraded the audio system and subsequently wanted the sound to muffle the car from road noise and minor vibrational resonances. I bought

Fantastic product! Although it takes forever to install!

I agree with other reviewers that I didn't notice a huge difference right away, but the next day and the following days I did notice a definite improvement. I don't know if this is science or just too high mental expectations after many hours of work, but either way the end result is bloody awesome. I used this product very sparingly. I installed it inside the door panels on the sheet metal of the body between the horizontal braces, taking either 2-3 pieces per door or an average of 1.5-2…
