I bought this for my 6 year old but it's a bit big for him. He rode a three wheel scooter until the brake broke so I bought him a Kicksy to encourage him to ride a two wheeler. It was not comfortable for him at all, he fell off after several trips, now he will not put it on until he grows up. However, this is a great scooter. I have a Razor A5 which I am very happy with. So far, Kicksy is just as good. The Kicksy wheels are a bit smaller, but otherwise the scooter is on par with the Razor A5. My husband and I like the brake more than the Razor brake. So even if my child is not ready for it, we will keep it!
