Works as advertised! Build solid!

I'm a video editor and I'm using this on a multi-monitor MacBook Pro and it works great! It's a solid metal construction and performance has been stable so far. I didn't like losing 2 ports for 2 monitors. Just note that on a MacBook Pro you can't have more than two external monitors per side, so you can have a maximum of 2 of them, one on the left side and the other on the right side of the MacBook, for a total of 4 total output monitor.
