Compare the flows between new and used filters before attempting to install them.
Filter just not right for my application. The part number was correct, but the threads just weren't done right. I also spent some time blowing the white "color" flakes off the inside and off the filter mounting surface. I've ordered the same filter from this carrier before, so I'm assuming it's a manufacturing defect.
