Sloppy but useful for bikes and weightlifting

Mounting on it is sloppy (poor tolerances). I used an o-ring to secure the adjustment and a washer to reduce leverage. Now they are good. If you don't mind playing around with them, they're fine, but they don't detract from the quality.
