This tofu press is amazing. The price is reasonable and I bought it with prime right while other presses cost more and their shipping cost is ridiculous ($15 for shipping something less than a pound and is that standard shipping? um, no) . I just squeezed my first block of tofu and within 10 minutes it removed more water than I could remove by wrapping my tofu in paper towels and squeezing between plates, weighted books, and glasses for an hour. The tight fit around the tofu prevents the block from breaking - unlike other tofu presses I've seen, which is another reason I chose this tofu press over the EZ tofu press.
