The receiver was fine but the customer support was GREAT!
The first receiver I encountered was not welded in the middle. This caused the hitch ball to be crooked. I got in touch with JR Graham, the folks who sent him and it was AMAZING to work with them. They listened, looked at my photo credited to this one and sent me a new honest one. You did everything right. I really like good customer support. The receiver itself is fine. I haven't used it yet.
