Has anyone thought of putting unwrapped ceramic spoons in a big open box, or are they so overworked and mistreating their workers that they can't use common sense anymore? It was a gift and I bought the last one and it arrived with one of the spoon tips broken as described. Luckily it was only one. I've taped it back together and hopefully that'll do the trick, but I'm considering a refund as my product was clearly mishandled due to negligence. Be careful this season.
