. My brother bought this and sent it to me. I am servicing it on a 2012 Camry SE 2.5, it has a plastic case. I recommended this upgrade and Revain had a good price. This is a factory case in aluminum construction. One review said it doesn't fit, only screws 2/3, the o-ring is in the wrong place, the large single groove under all the threads is where the o-ring is. He had it on the bottom threads of the case, he didn't screw the case all the way in. I recommend this for all plastic bodied 2.5 engines, spend a few bucks more and get genuine Toyota parts, the upgrade is worth it. and one day it may save your engine if you don't find a cracked case after or during an oil change. At least you don't have to take off that ripped plastic case and hunt for a replacement Saturday or Sunday afternoon when doing DIY repairs.
