I used this to install at the end of a gutter and then used a 3x1.5 fitting to divert water away from my house. The problem was, those stupid things that stretched out just kept the water in and came out where the water went in. I was able to take the PVC from the other end and extend the water about 10 feet (pool of water around the foundation).
