I use Widows 7 and bought these products because I wanted to exercise with headphones so I wouldn't disturb anyone. The product arrived fairly quickly and was easy to install, I downloaded and installed the software from the link. I followed the seller's instructions and advice and got through with no problems. Now when it comes to actually using the product it works great for the whole twenty minutes and then it all goes to hell because the song starts flicking on and off even though it fits perfectly. It only cost $10 and I have Prime so shipping was free it's not the best option but I won't be paying a lot of money so I'm not too upset.
