Great machine for everyone. It's small so it doesn't take up much space in my kitchen, and it's shorter than my filter coffee maker so it fits easily under a cabinet, even with accessories tucked on top. a bit of a learning curve when it comes to frothing milk, but if you follow the instructions that come with it, it's pretty easy. On the second try I was able to make a good cappuccino (on the first try I didn't froth the milk long enough). One note: the instructions say you should start frothing the milk after you've started brewing, but it works best if you wait. until the brewing process is almost complete. Once you get the hang of it, it takes no longer than making filter coffee. As my family knows, I'm a horrible, cranky swamp monster until the first cup of coffee, so timing in the morning is key! This machine is easy enough to run before I'm fully awake and the results are worth it. It's definitely worth the small investment, especially if you're a beginner and unsure about investing over $500 in a more professional machine.
