Very flexible with good grip

Put on a cutting board when baking bread or pastries - the size corresponds to the sizes purchased (lately many things are smaller, much smaller than advertised, so 16 inches instead of 16 inches is now a good advantage!). What I liked most is that it is very flexible and has a very good grip on a variety of surfaces including a beeswax chopping block. It is very easy to clean with a damp sponge - I would not recommend a dishwasher as it does not require harsh detergents to clean and it needs to be hand dried with a cloth to ensure no water and detergent residue is left behind - I wouldn't use a knife to cut pastries either, but I do need a serrated butter knife or pizza roller - very easy to store, roll up and put back in the box - to make sure it doesn't damage the surface during storage, use that gift wrapping cloth. , same idea as with
