I made dumplings out of it and kneading and cleaning was so easy. It really sticks to the counter so you don't have to worry about it shifting. It's nice, thick, well made and cleans really well. I have already recommended to a friend!

This is the best mat I have ever used for rolling out fondant. The carpet unrolls evenly the first time (unlike plastic carpets). The fondant does not stick and creates a nice large work surface without slipping. Super excited about that. I wish I had found it sooner.

This mat stays on my desk and makes it easier to roll out or knead dough. The dough does not stick to the flour and is easy to clean. Then I just roll it up with a rubber band and put it in a drawer. I haven't made a pie crust since I bought it, but I look forward to using measurements to get the perfect crust size.

I have a bigger one but I'm learning how to make cinnamon rolls and just realized it's too big so I decided to give this one a try. This is perfect for what I do. I love the size and makes exactly the length I wanted. In fact, I use it more often than the larger one. Easy to clean. I keep it in a gallon sized freezer for storage.

I used to have silicone baking mats and used these. not what they should be. The texture is similar to cling film. It's sticky even when neat (and takes quite a bit of effort to clean). I dropped it on the floor once when it was wet and it took me ten minutes to get the dust and hair off of it. Imagine washing one of those sticky hands that you get from a gum dispenser. Not good.

I bought this to bake a large batch of cookies. I live in a very small apartment and have almost no counter space. This rug has helped me turn almost any surface into a work surface. Absolutely non-slip and non-slip! Cleaning was very easy and everything washed up immediately with no problems. The only problem is that if the sink is small, it will be a bit difficult to clean without leaving a mess. But nothing helps here. I love it. This rug is now my favorite piece in the kitchen.

Put on a cutting board when baking bread or pastries - the size corresponds to the sizes purchased (lately many things are smaller, much smaller than advertised, so 16 inches instead of 16 inches is now a good advantage!).
