Ideal for baking Suitable for baking pans

This mat stays on my desk and makes it easier to roll out or knead dough. The dough does not stick to the flour and is easy to clean. Then I just roll it up with a rubber band and put it in a drawer. I haven't made a pie crust since I bought it, but I look forward to using measurements to get the perfect crust size.
