Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.
Official support is just fire if you do not live in Hong Kong. All spare parts will have to be ordered there. We agreed with the employee that we will write in Telegram. I sent them a message with a list of what I need from the parts. Almost no small parts they have! There are no screws, bolts, plastic parts, silicone plugs . . As a result, the conversation hung, the order, at least for what is available, was never accepted from me. Several times I sent messages with questions about what and how, my messages were ignored. While support was ignoring me, I slowly bought the necessary parts directly from local services, or from hands. There are only three things left: a plastic front shock bushing, a center cable, and a seat. I lost my patience and called them again. The support person on the phone was rude to me. For example, when I said that I don’t have WhatsApp, I said that I was probably a foreign intelligence officer - this despite the fact that he himself had previously said that you can write off in Telegram. Then he said that he might not answer me at all (! ). Apparently, even by the very fact of the answer, the support service is doing the buyer a favor. Finally, we agreed that the order would be accepted from me, I sent all the necessary data, and again no answer, no greetings. The scooter is good, but if, God forbid, you have some kind of problem with it, then it is simply impossible to buy spare parts and accessories, and there are queues in the service workshop for many weeks ahead. I was there, this workshop, it seems, is the only one in the whole of St. Petersburg, and there is a huge room, just crammed with orderly rows of scooters under repair. You will have to wait a very, very long time. As a result, I was just tired of waiting - either for a response from the support service, or for a queue at the service. I sold the scooter on Ebay and no longer want to buy Midway products. I am very sorry that it happened, because I really liked the scooter, but Midway's reaction to trying to buy accessories / spare parts spoiled the whole impression. I do not recommend to buy.

Secondly, there is still no official application for Android, you need to use KCQ Scooter, where there are very limited settings and no useful information. Thirdly, the front depreciation is made through a plastic sleeve, which burst on the first day (despite the fact that I weigh only 60 kilograms! And it should hold up to 150! ). Buying this bushing in St. Petersburg is unrealistic, I had to call all the shops and service centers to find it. With grief in half, I managed to snatch, it seems, the last such bushing in St. Petersburg (it is not standard, it does not fit from other scooters). But most of all upset the behavior of official support.
