I like that the company is always looking at new ways to improve their platforms. I also like that they are always trying to improve their customer service. I dislike that sometimes they seem to take a long time to respond. I've had some issues with my account and it took them a long time to fix it. I've had other issues with my account and Kelar has been helpful and quick to respond. I would like to see more improvement in the speed of their support.
