Useful in several ways

I use this for my feet under a desk. I also use it under my knees when working while stretched out on my couch. This week I started putting it on my lap with the flat part up, and using it as a reading/note taking surface.

Pros

Very comfortable under my feet

Cons

The massage balls may leave bruises on sensitive feet
