Review on Lancelot by Ryan Gillett

It's easy to use, has good templates for many of my industry needs (HR/Payroll) but is more limited than other proposal apps out there when it comes time to customize! There are some add-ons you have to pay monthly or yearly which could impact its long term viability as well if not used right away after getting started; however I think they're trying really hard at making this work in terms of free trials etc., so give them an opportunity while taking advantage what services may be offered before evaluating cost vs functionality options - definitely evaluate how much customization would benefit their business since most companies will need something customized from me each month anyways regardless of tool choice anyway once initial implementation goes live.
