I love this wooden snack board! The acacia forest is very beautiful! I rubbed it with edible mineral oil and it only enhanced the beauty of the wood. This is a nice thick and strong piece. Remember that the live edge bark is only on one side and the other side is smooth, but it's very cool. I bought this as part of a rustic themed gift and I know it will get lots of compliments when a couple uses it. My only suggestion is that the company include a card saying it's a snack board, what wood it's made of, how to wash and care for it, including saying it's best , put food-grade mineral oil on top. help preserve it and keep it beautiful, now I have to write all this information on the card myself so the couple is aware. Otherwise it's perfect! I highly recommend it.
