I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
i7 12700k idle 18 degrees, under load with overclocking 73 degrees, with branded thermal paste. During installation on the lga 1700, there were inconveniences with fastening screws, a fan, and the processor coverage was not complete.
