We've replaced our dying cheap robot vacuum with this Shark AV993. The main reason for buying this brand was the roller, two dogs and lots of long hair in the house meant a weekly cleaning of the previous vacuum roller. And the self-cleaning roller is awesome, that's the only reason it gets retro stars instead of just one. The vacuum does not do well with any material larger than a pea. Our dog food is a little bigger than a pea but smaller than a dime, and if there's even a chunk on the floor when you start the vacuum, an obstacle error will occur. And that with maximum suction power! So we have to save every piece of dog food before we put it on the market. The cheap one got along with the dog with no problems. Also, it's not possible to schedule multiple runs per day, only one, and because she runs in non-overlapping lines, she can't do it all at once. no, he's having trouble viewing the room. It got tangled under our kitchen table a few times and knocked things over because it was pushing pretty hard on the things it bumped into. I think it might be trying to clean up the edges, but if there's something that can tip over, there's a good chance it will. We expected a lot more from this vacuum cleaner for the price, very disappointed. I will turn back.
