Fantastic for internal team collaboration - easy to set up & navigate
The software is easy enough for me as an individual user without any coding experience at all! I'm able to set up my own surveys in seconds (or less) with no assistance from their team or support staff - they're just there if you need them but otherwise it's absolutely fine :) If anyone has questions about how something works then we'll chat via email instead which saves us both time/money too.
It would be great if more survey options were available such that people could choose what type of questionnaires are best suited for different types of businesses e.g.; small vs large etc., however this isn't really possible within our budget constraints unfortunately :( We use conversific internally amongst each other when brainstorming ideas & creating new products together rather than using Google Forms / Surveymonkey where everyone needs access independently.

- Very affordable prices compared most cloud services, especially annual subscriptions.
- This way one can have some confidence choosing whether its worth paying annually after having used free trail period fully
