The pigment consistency is weak
Well these really aren't "high quality" water color pencils. But they are not bad! They mix colors very well. The consistency of the pigment β how soft it is and how easily it falls onto paper β is low. Some colors are soft and rich, others are waxy and glide on paper. But in general, the effect is worthy. I like them and I think they are good value for the price of a pencil. And I like the three-sided pencil: convenient and easy to use. The pencil is also nice and thin.
