The chair arrived a day early which was nice but it also had a big hole in the top of the box. It didn't suit me. Luckily nothing was missing. It took about 20 minutes, if not less, to assemble, and it's not the handiest jack of all trades! This makes assembly quite easy. Sitting in this chair is very comfortable. The chair itself feels like leather. Appears to be well made, but time will tell. As you can see from the photos, the armrests are fully extended and the pillow simply slides over the back of the chair. You don't have to turn it on if you don't want to. The chair reclines a bit, but you have to pull the lever under the chair and then push it back. It also doesn't take up much space. In general the chair is very good and worth the money. My husband is very happy with it and it's a big improvement over the one he was sitting in.
