Overall looks like a solid product. I haven't used it yet but will update its functionality when I do. I have to say that I didn't use it for its intended purpose. I have a 2014 Ram 2500 with a factory 2.5" receiver. I have a reducer that allows me to use a standard 2" mount. Since I have a 2.5" hitch I had to sanding the bottom of the clutch to match it, about 1/16" or so. I also had to modify the yoke itself, primarily because the factory welds on my Reese clutch didn't allow it to sit flush when installed. I also had to grind off some of the bottom clutch to get the set screw to turn straight. To keep the nut from loosening I added a few drops of blue thread lock because some people were complaining that it was loosening.
