It's simple but fun. My 2 year old loves to pull it like a sled - either with it or with a toy. The 5 year olds I outdid loved swinging in it and tried to "surf" while being pulled. The rope can slide in or out easily, making it more like a pull sled, but it's taped to keep the handle from coming loose. They have been exposed to rain and the Midwest in rapidly changing temperatures with no sign of deformation. This is a very simple toy with a lot of potential when you see it. Looks very strong and smooth - no splinters or rough edges.
