My toddler decided to flush a sock down the toilet. Clogged it up, no water back in the tank. Couldn’t reach the sock with our own hands (we tried ewww, I know). Bought this that day, and it arrived the very next. I kind of had to play around with it a little bit to see how to use it, but eventually got it to a point where it just got "stuck”, then I closed the clamp handle and pulled the sock out with the auger. Worth the price, just kind of annoying to figure out how to store this. It’s a little bulky for something we only ever needed to once (hopefully not again).
