Escalation preventing contacting seller! The lights come on but don't change color like it won't connect to bluetooth. We have the same one on my jeep and it works great and my daughter's phone can control it but not the one we just installed on her truck and it won't connect to my phone. The only thing we can think of is that the module is broken and not responding via bluetooth. I will be returning it but would like the seller to contact us and just replace the module as my husband has misplaced all the wiring and really doesn't want to pull the whole thing and redo it. So SELLER, if you read any reviews, please contact us ASAP! UPDATE: The seller contacted and fixed the issue. We downloaded the app but didn't use the QR code and it didn't give us an updated version. Since we used the QR code to download the updated version, it works great!
